Specifications

Our main material is double phenolic laminated multiply birch (for the moment available only in black), in regular and Hexagonal finish.  ABS laminated Luan and Birch optional. Contact us for availability. We don't offer lightweight polypropylene board.  It does not offer the sturdiness of plywood.

We use Penn-Elcom and TCH hardware.  Offering a wide variety of options and always looking for specialized and innovative hardware.

We use Penn-Elcom, Pan Pacific and Colson casters in 2", 3", 3-1/8" 4" and 6" sized ranging from 225 to 750 lbs.  Our casterboards are made from construction grade pine.  Cabinet grade plywood does not offer the durability and moisture resistance required.

Our case interior options include:

• Bare wood (phenolic laminate or painted wood.
• Ozite heavy duty carpet
• Ester foam (soft foam)
• Etha Foam (AKA plank foam)

We utilize blind rivets, galvanized brad nails, construction grade screws and industrial grade bolts.  Split steel rivets does not provide the long term strength and tend to get rusty very quickly.  We combine different fasteners for durability.  Most companies only rely on rivets, not us.
